Billing Information

The billing address is the address that your trading partners use to bill you for goods and services you purchased from them. It is also the address Activant uses to bill you for Trading Partner Connect services.

The address fields can be updated or changed at any time. Any field with an asterisk (*) is a mandatory field.

Field:	Description:
Address 1 *	This is the main address information, such as street number and name, to which all billing information is mailed.
Address 2	An additional address field for any additional information you may wish to add, such as an ATTN: line or suite number.
Address 3	An additional address field for any additional information you may wish to add, such as an ATTN: line or suite number.
City *	The city associated with the billing address.
State *	The state associated with the billing address.
Zip Code *	The zip code associated with the billing address.
Country	The country associated with the billing address.
Phone # *	The phone number your trading partners should use for billing inquires.
Fax #	The fax number your trading partners should use for billing inquires.
E-mail	The e-mail address your trading partners should use for billing inquires; usually associated with the contact person.
Web site	Your company web site, if applicable.
Contact name *	The name of the billing contact person.
Contact title *	The billing contact person's title.
