Trading Partner Directory

The Trading Partner Directory is an alphabetical listing of all businesses, distributor and manufacturer, that are members of the Trading Partner Connect network. You can navigate through this list by clicking any letter in the browse bar, which will display all companies with names that start with the chosen letter; companies with names starting with numerals begin at the top of the A list.

Each company has its own line on the screen, and each line displays the following information:

Field:	Description:
Trading Partner	Name of the company. Clicking on this name will bring you to the company's profile.
Contact Information	Name of the company's Trading Partner Connect contact, and the company's billing address.
Type	Manufacturer or distributor
Relationship Status	This field will display one of the following: Current Trading Partner You have an established trading relationship with this company., Must Set Up in Their System This company must still set you up in their system as a customer and vendor before the trading relationship can be established., New The company has sent you a request for a trading relationship, but there has been no response yet. Clicking this status will take you to a screen where you can respond to the request., No Response You have requested a trading relationship from this company, but there has been no response yet., Request Relationship You do not have a trading relationship with this company. Clicking on this status will take you to a screen where you can create a request., Set Up in System You must set the company up as a vendor and customer in your system before the trading relationship is finalized., Not Applicable Displays if the trading partner in question is the one under which you have logged in..
