Once you successfully log into the system, the Home page appears.
The Home page is a screen with four sections; each summarizing a different aspect of your trading partner relationships. It provides a quick view of the trading relationships you have.
For distributor partners, each section contains the trading partner name and status of the transaction. For manufacturer partners, each section contains the trading partner name, and the date and status of the transaction.
Additionally, distributors will see a section called New Trading Partners. This box lists the names of new distributors who have joined the Trading partner Connect network with rationalized item lines in common with you, but with who you have not set up a relationship yet. They are listed in chronological order, with the newest addition at the top of the list. The list is five names long, but you can see it in its entirety by clicking the "more" link at the bottom of the box. Clicking on a name in the list will bring you to the company's profile.
Also included for distributor members in this window is the New Manufacturer Lines box. This box displays any new manufacturer lines that have been added to Trading Partner Connect in the last 30 days that you have not already rationalized. You can click any of the line names to request a rationalization with that manufacturer line.

Description: |
New |
You have not yet addressed the request. |
Set Up in System |
After accepting a trading partner, you must set it up in your account on the hub. Since you will be both buying from and selling to your partner, you must enter the customer and vendor IDs from your business system into the hub. |
Must Set Up in their System |
This is the same as Set Up in System above, but refers to your trading partner instead of you. It signifies that the trading partner must set you up in its system before the relationship can progress. |
Modified |
Your trading partner has modified the terms of your relationship. This relationship has been placed on hold until you approve the changes. Note: Declining these changes dissolves the relationship and requires you to set it up again if you are to continue trading. |
No Response |
The business has not yet replied to your request for a trading relationship. |
Ready to go |
Both sides have accepted the terms of the relationship and set one another up in their system. They may trade freely now. |
Cancelled |
The request or relationship has been cancelled. |
