The Evaluation Report page helps you request a current Trading Partner Connect Evaluation Report. This report shows an overview of your performance within Trading Partner Connect. Information on rationalized items and supplier lines, pricing and availability requests, B2B Alliance and B2B Buyer relationships, and dead stock item and dollar value details are displayed.

Show Trading Partner Detail |
When enabled, the evaluation report will include a separate page for each trading partner selected. This detail page displays identically to the B2B Buyer Transactional Data and Inventory Availability of the manufacturer's evaluation summary report. However, where the summary shows this information as a total of all selected trading partners, each detail page shows information specific to one trading partner. All of the other options listed below are only available if you activate this checkbox. Without enabling this option, the others remain grayed out and uneditable. |

Include Summary Page |
When enabled, the first page of the report provides figures totaled from all your trading partners, just as if you ran the report in summary mode. Note: This summary page includes information from all of your trading partners, even if you only selected specific partners from the Trading Partners to Choose From list. |

When enabled, the report includes a summary page that only totals the information from the partners you selected from the Trading Partners to Choose From list. |

Trading Partners to Choose From/Selected Trading Partners |
This report includes all trading partners by default. However, if you select the Show Trading Partner Detail option you can limit the report to include only those trading partners you select. If you select that option, generate the list of trading partners you want to include in the report using these fields; only the trading partners you select will appear on the report. If you create a list using these fields and later disable the Show Trading Partner Detail option, the report will still only include those trading partners you've specified, but you cannot edit the list until the Show Trading Partner Detail option is again enabled. If you select the Show Trading Partner Detail option, you must specify at least one trading partner to include on the report; the report does not automatically include trading partners when you run it in detail mode. |
After the request has been submitted, the Evaluation Report Confirmation page is displayed. The following message is shown:
"Your request for an Evaluation Report has been entered. You will receive an email containing your report by the next business day."
