The Get Item P&A - Select Trading Partners page appears when you choose the Get Item P&A link under Pricing & Availability. You select the trading partners from whom you wish pricing and availability information for a specific item.

Trading Partners To Choose From |
A selection box that lists all trading partners from which you can choose to enter an item pricing and availability request. Originally appearing empty as the default value, the selection box can hold one, some, or all trading partners. For more information on how to select trading partners, refer to the next section, How To Use This Page. |

Selected Trading Partners |
A selection box that displays all chosen trading partners for an item pricing and availability request. As the default value, all trading partners appear, making it convenient to submit your request to all trading partners. More information on how to select trading partners is found in the next section, How To Use This Page. |
If you wish to run a P&A request for an item on a few specific trading partners, first move all trading partners from the Selected Trading Partners selection box by pressing the left double-arrow button. They are then placed in the Trading Partners To Choose From selection box.
To choose one trading partner, highlight a trading partner and press the right single-arrow button. The selected trading partner is moved back to the Selected Trading Partners selection box.
To select more than one trading partner, hold down the [Ctrl] key while highlighting multiple trading partners and then press the right single-arrow key so that the trading partners are moved to the Selected Trading Partners selection box.
Once the appropriate trading partners are selected, click Next. The Get Item PA - Enter Item and Quantity page opens.
