This procedure will lead you through how to generate a transaction report.
From the navigation bar at the top of the screen, select Reporting.
From the menu that appears at left of the screen select Transactions.
You are first presented with a list of active trading partners. The system defaults to choosing all of them. If you wish to remove a trading partner from the inquiry, highlight the name and click the button. If you wish to remove them all, click the button. Note: You must select at least one trading partner to generate this report.
Below the trading partner list is a second list, this one of transaction types. Like trading partners, the system defaults to listing all the possible transaction types. You may remove one by highlighting it and clicking the button, or all of them by clicking the button.
Enter the range of dates you sent the transactional documents on in the Originating Date Range fields.
Enter the range of dates you conducted the transaction on in the Billing Date Range fields.
Select how you want the resulting documents to display from the Sort by radio button. This has no bearing on what documents will appear, only the way in which they are grouped. You may sort by date, document type, or trading partner.
Finally, select your role in the transaction from the While I was radio button. You may select to display transaction records you generated, you received, or both.
Click the Submit button.
The resulting screen will display all the records that match your parameters in an information only display. You will see the Originator , Recipient , Originating Date , Billing Date , Document Type , Amount , and the number of lines.
