Partner Profile

All members of Trading Partner Connect are required to provide company information.

You can define the information your trading partners use to identify you in their systems by setting up or changing your partner profile.

This screen consists of four fields, all of which are required. If a field is filled in incorrectly, the system displays the form again with the problems displayed in red.

Field:	Description:
Company Name	Your company name.
Company E-mail	The e-mail address for the company contact person.
Company ID#	The unique identifier you wish to use when you send or receive documents with other trading partners. It is either your DUNS # Dun & Bradstreet Number. A tracking number unique to each business entity, but that links corporate structures together. It is issued by the business information firm Duns & Bradstreet. or Phone Number. This field works in conjunction with the Identified By field.
Identified By	Determines if your trading partners identify you with your Phone # or DUNS#.
