Company Profile

This section provides information about your company profile. You must set up your company profile before you can begin to use the Trading Partner Connect system.

You can also update your company profile information through the pages in this section.

This section consists of six options.

My Account

Provides user ID and login information.

My Documents

Allows you to upload documents that trading partners would need to see, such as tax exemptions, to the Trading Partner Connect hub, making them available to review. You can also view and delete existing documents.

Partner Profile

Allows you to change or view the information about your company provided to trading partners, including company name, company e-mail, company ID #, and identification code.

Billing Information

Allows you to change or view your billing information and address.

Shipping Information

Allows you to change or view your shipping information and address.

Contact Information

Allows you to change or view information for any of your contacts you have set up in the system. You can choose what alerts are sent to a given contact, reset passwords, add, and remove contacts.

Note: This feature is only available if you are an administrator. It will not appear for those without administrator access.

Vertical Markets

Allows you to select the vertical markets you wish to trade in.

Availability Options

Allows you to specify the way your free stock quantities are displayed to your trading partners. For example, you do not need to make all of your free stock available for sale on Trading Partner Connect.

Notification Defaults

Allows you to select how often the hub sends you reminder e-mails.

Document Support

Allows you to establish which of your company contacts receive certain reports.
