The Contacts screen shows you all the contacts a trading partner has listed on the Trading Partner Connect hub. Each contact line gives you the contact name, phone number, e-mail address, and role.
If you click on the e-mail address for a contact, Trading Partner Connect opens your e-mail program and allow automatically addresses a new e-mail message to that contact. All you have to do is fill in the body text.
The contact's role shows you what that person's responsibilities include, thus ensuring you contact the correct person.
