My Documents

The My Documents screen is where you upload any hub documents that you feel potential trading partners should see. Trading Partner Connect sends these documents as attachments to any business with which you establish a trading relationship. The system also makes these documents available at any time to both new and existing trading partners with whom you have a relationship.

The unnamed field next to the Browse button is where you enter the path to the document you wish to upload. If you don't know the path, you can press the Browse button and navigate to the file.

The document type drop down allows you to provide a brief description of the document you are uploading. You can choose from Credit Approval, Trade References, Tax Exemption Certificate, and Other.

Each attached file appears below these two fields, and displays the following information:

Field:

Description:

File Name

The name of the document. More specifically, this is the file name by which you saved the document, complete with file type (.doc, .pdf, etc.).

Document Type

This is the document type you chose from the document type menu when you uploaded the file.

Date of Upload

The time and date you last uploaded this document.
