All members of Trading Partner Connect are required to provide all contact identification.
This screen consists of several fields, two of which are view only and are predetermined. All fields are mandatory. If a field is filled in incorrectly, the system displays the form again with the problems displayed in red.

First Name |
First name of company contact person. This defaults to the company contact person on record, however, this field can be edited. If no contact person is listed, the system will import the first contact with an associated e-mail address. |

Last Name |
Last name of company contact person. This defaults to the company contact person on record, however, this field can be edited. If no contact person is listed, the system will import the first contact with an associated e-mail address. |

E-mail address for company contact. This defaults to the company contact person on record, however, this field can be edited. If no contact person is listed, the system will designate the first with an e-mail address as the contact. |

Login ID |
The login ID you must use to login to the Trading Partner Connect system; this field is view only. |

Password |
The password used to log in for this account. If you click the Change Password link, a window will open containing the following fields:

User Role |
The user role for the company contact person. The roles listed in the Select a Role field list all the available roles in the company that you can assign to this contact. The Selected Roles field shows all the roles that are already assigned to this contact. You can change the contact's roles by highlighting the role names and using the arrow buttons to move the role from one field to the other. |

Default Report Format |
Determines the format in which reports are sent by default. Available options include Text and PDF. Note: all new user accounts default to Text. If you set the reports to be in text format, the Data Mining Report will be in tab-delimited text format; all other reports will be in plain text format. |

This determines what system generated e-mails will be sent to the contact entered in My Account. There are two categories of system e-mails that you may select from: Relationships and Inventory. You may select to receive e-mail notification of any or all of the following:
