Emails

This page contains the recipient name The name of the person who receives the e-mail. and the recipient e-mail The e-mail address to which reports will be sent for this user account.. The Recipient Name field contains the same value as the First Name field on the My Account page. The Recipient Email field contains the same information as the Email field on the My Account page.

Links

There are three links on the page in the Type area: Errors, Inventory and Relationships. If you click on either link, a list of events appears. In this area, you can determine what events will generate an e-mail for this user. Clicking the Reporting link allows you to determine if the specified recipient receives an automatically generated Evaluation Report.

Note: For security purposes, the hub does not send documents to your e-mail address. Instead, it sends an e-mail with a hyperlink to the document stored on the hub. This keeps the document in a secure, password protected environment. This only applies to hub generated documents, however. Unsupported hub documents still transmit as e-mail attachments.

Errors

If you click the Errors link, the following options become available in the Type area:

Error Box Notification	If this checkbox is enabled, the contact on this page will receive a notification any time a new document appears in your company's error box.

Inventory

If you click the Inventory link, the following options become available in the Type area:

Option:	Description:
Dead Stock GetPA Notification (distributor only)	If this checkbox is enabled, the contact on this page will receive a notification any time a Trading Partner Connect member issues a GetPA that matches your posted dead stock. Click here for details.
Dead Stock Data Mining Results	If this checkbox is enabled, the contact named on this page will receive a Dead Stock Data Mining Report whenever Prophet 21 generates one.
Pricing Service Notification	If this checkbox is enabled, an alert e-mail will be sent to the contact named on this page when a pricing service update is available. Click here for details.
Item Rationalization	If this checkbox is enabled, every time there is an item rationalization notification, an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page. Click here for details.
New Manufacturer Line Notification (distributor only)	If this checkbox is enabled and there are new manufacturer lines that have been added to Trading Partner Connect in the past 30 days for which you have not submitted a request for rationalization and you have not already received a notification, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that a new manufacturer line is available for rationalization.
TPCx Purchase Order Notification (distributor only)	If this checkbox is enabled, every time there is a purchase order accepted by Trading Partner Connect for you, an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page. This applies only to distributor members of Trading Partner Connect. Click here for details.
TPCx Dead Stock Upload Failure	If this checkbox is enabled, an alert e-mail will be sent to the contact named on this page when Trading Partner Connect could not process some items within a dead stock upload request.
Submit	After you have made your selections from the above options, click this button to save the record.
Select All	If you want all options to be selected, click this button.
Deselect All	If you want no options to be selected, click this button.

Relationships

If you click the Relationships link, the following options become available in the Type area:

Trading Partner Relationship Requested	If this checkbox is enabled, every time a Trading Partner Relationship is requested an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page.
Trading Partner Relationship Accepted	If this checkbox is enabled, every time a Trading Partner Relationship is accepted an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page.
Trading Partner Relationship Modified	If this checkbox is enabled, every time a Trading Partner Relationship is modified an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page.
Trading Partner Relationship Canceled	If this checkbox is enabled, every time a Trading Partner Relationship is canceled an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page.
Trading Partner Relationship Rationalized	If this checkbox is enabled, every time a Trading Partner Relationship is rationalized an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page.
Trading Partner Relationship Rejected	If this checkbox is enabled, every time a Trading Partner Relationship is rejected an alert e-mail will be sent to notify the contact named on this page.
New Trading Partner Notification (distributor only)	If this checkbox is enabled, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that a new distributor is available as a trading partner if the following conditions are met: The distributor has at least one rationalized item line in common with you. Neither of you have initiated a request for trading relationship.
Submit	After you have made your selections from the above options, click this button to save the record.
Select All	If you want all options to be selected, click this button.
Deselect All	If you want no options to be selected, click this button.

Note: You will only receive notifications for relationships you are involved in. Also, you will receive notification regardless of who took the action on the relationship. If you cancel a relationship with a trading partner, you will get an e-mail notification the same as if your partner cancelled the relationship with you.

Reporting

If you click the Reporting link, the following options become available in the Type area:

Evaluation Report	If this checkbox is enabled, every time an Evaluation Report is automatically generated, it is sent via e-mail to the contact named on this page.
Submit	After you have made your selection for the above option, click this button to save the record.
Select All	If you want all options to be selected, click this button.
Deselect All	If you want no options to be selected, click this button.
